Because many Momma’s Alchemy products are handcrafted, personal, or consumable in nature, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• opened or used products

• custom or made-to-order items

• ritual, spiritual, or consumable goods
