This offering supports a deepened relationship with plants as daily companions, food, medicine, environmental intelligence, and ancestral connection. It is not a lecture or wellness program, but a paced experience led by your areas of interest. It is a guided expansion of awareness around plant-based living, natural alternatives, and embodied ecological connection. Topics may include - - plant-based nourishment - herbal integration in daily life - seasonal eating & lunar alignment - natural household substitutions - gardening & harvesting - ritual use of plants in personal environments - herbal entrepreneurship The focus is not restriction or prescription, but relationship. How the Session Is Held- - Conversational and exploratory - Grounded in lived application, not theory alone - Tailored to personal environment and lifestyle - Includes plant, food, and home-based practices No fixed system or required approach Orientation This is not dietary coaching or medical guidance. It is a relational study of plants as supportive presence in daily life, ecology, and personal rhythm. Some leave with practical shifts. Some leave with new awareness. Some leave with a changed relationship to what surrounds them.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. We ask for at least 12 hours’ notice so the time can be held and tended with care. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund. In these cases, a service credit will be issued in place of repayment. This credit may be applied toward future services or products and is non-refundable.
