Service Description

Guided meditation is offered here as a paced listening practice — one that supports presence, breath awareness, and gentle attention to the body. Sessions may include: attention to breath and bodily sensation simple grounding practices quiet imagery offered as orientation, not escape short affirmations used as anchors, not directives The guidance is minimal and spacious. Silence is welcomed. The body sets the tempo. How the Practice Is Held Meditation here is not used to quiet the mind, achieve insight, or change emotional states. It is a space to notice — without correcting what arises. Attention may rest on breath. Sensation may come forward, or fade. Thoughts may move through, or pause. All of this is considered part of the practice. Orientation This offering does not promise calm, clarity, healing, or improvement. Some people experience rest or steadiness. Others simply experience themselves as they are. There is no expectation of consistency, progress, or outcome. Meditation is offered as a supportive practice within a regulated container — one that values pacing, consent, and self-recognition over effort or optimization.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. We ask for at least 12 hours’ notice so the time can be held and tended with care. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund. In these cases, a service credit will be issued in place of repayment. This credit may be applied toward future services or products and is non-refundable.
