Service Description

The Mineral Mud Bath is a body-held ritual of stillness, coating, warmth, and return. Earth and water are used in sequence — not for correction or extraction, but to slow the body and create space for internal listening. Mud is applied with steady, attentive presence. The pacing is responsive to comfort and nervous system readiness. The body is then allowed to rest as the mud dries, shifts, and changes texture in its own time. A warm immersion follows, offering soft release and transition out of stillness.
