Reiki is offered here as a quiet, supportive field for rest and internal coherence. Sessions are held with care, presence, and attunement — allowing the body to settle and respond in its own way. This work does not impose direction or seek to correct. Hands are placed gently, or hover, guided by listening rather than technique. Attention is steady, paced, and responsive to what is present. Reiki here is not used to stimulate change, but to support ease. Breath may deepen. The nervous system may soften. Sensations may arise, or stillness may remain. All responses are considered valid. How the Session Is Held The pace is unhurried and adaptive Touch, when used, is consensual and light Aromatic elements may be present as gentle supports, not enhancements Silence is honored as part of the work This is not a treatment or intervention. It is a space of accompaniment. What to Know Experiences vary. Some people notice a sense of calm or grounding. Others simply rest more deeply than usual.
