This pathway supports nervous system regulation, sensory recovery, and a return to internal ease. ✧ Phase One — Sensory Downshift (Sound or Quiet Entry) Reduction of external input to support nervous system softening. ✧ Phase Two — Thermal Softening (Sauna or Hot Tub) Heat exposure supporting muscular relaxation and release. ✧ Phase Three — Energetic Stabilization (Reiki) Nervous system recalibration and internal coherence support. ✧ Phase Four — Integration Rest (Deep Quiet Recovery) Extended rest supporting full system return to baseline. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. We ask for at least 12 hours’ notice so the time can be held and tended with care. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund. In these cases, a service credit will be issued in place of repayment. This credit may be applied toward future services or products and is non-refundable.
