Service Description

Move and rest with a Momma’s Alchemy–certified instructor. This offering supports gentle movement, breath awareness, and embodied attention. The pace is responsive, the structure flexible. Movement follows the body rather than directing it. Sessions are held as a conversation between breath and motion — allowing energy to circulate, settle, or release as needed. There is no performance, no shape to achieve, no outcome to pursue. Attention is placed on presence rather than form. The body is invited to listen, adjust, and respond in its own timing. How the Practice Is Held Mind–body integration Breath and movement are paired to support internal coherence and embodied awareness. Presence over effort Continuous motion may arise, or stillness may be needed. Both are respected. Creating internal space Movement is used to ease tension and allow physical and mental spaciousness to emerge naturally. Release without force Transitions are approached as moments of choice rather than push — honoring what is ready to move and what is not. Intention as orientation, not goal When intention is present, it serves as a quiet anchor rather than a directive. The Experience This practice is not designed to build toward mastery or achievement.
