Devotional · Emotional Presence · Reverent Stillness
La Sirène Waters is a devotional herbal blend created in reverence to La Sirène, spirit of the waters, often honored in traditions where water holds memory, care, and emotional truth. This blend is intended for those who approach La Sirène with respect, awareness, and an understanding of devotional relationship rather than symbolism or fantasy.
This blend is best used in moments of quiet presence, reflection, prayer, or devotional stillness — allowing space for emotional awareness without expectation, interpretation, or demand.
La Sirène Waters supports emotional listening rather than expression. It invites gentleness, receptivity, and stillness — allowing feeling to be witnessed without needing to be entered, named, or resolved.
As with all devotional blends, La Sirène Waters does not promise connection, communication, or outcome. It supports reverence, presence, and respectful orientation.

La Sirène Waters
1. Prepare the Water:
*Boil fresh water: Use filtered water for the
best flavor.
*Bring to a rolling boil: Herbal teas are
generally prepared with very hot water to
extract the flavors effectively.2. Add the Herbs:
*Use loose herbs or tea bags: If using loose herbs, measure about 1 teaspoon per 8 ounces of water, or adjust to your preference.
*Place the herbs in a cup or teapot: You can use a tea infuser, tea ball, or simply add the herbs directly to your cup.3. Steep the Tea:
*Pour the boiling water over the herbs: Cover the cup or teapot to help retain heat and flavor.
*Allow the tea to steep: For most herbal teas, a steep time of 5 minutes or longer is recommended.
*Adjust steep time based on the herbs: Certain herbs, like ginger or turmeric, can be steeped for longer periods for a stronger flavor.
*Remove herbs: Strain the tea or remove the herbs after steeping.4. Serve and Enjoy:
*Sweeten to taste: Add honey, sugar, or other sweeteners if desired.
*Serve hot or cold: Herbal teas can be enjoyed either way. Serve with lemon or milk: Some people prefer to add lemon or milk to their herbal tea, but this is optional.
